Precise Reproduction of Movements
The Manipulator HWM A100 has succeeded where many other manipulators have had difficulties: making the operator's work easier, therefore safer, more precise and faster. The user's ideal working conditions are the result of mechanical precision work, assuring transmission of movements with almost no play.

Easy Handling
The slave arm reproduces the natural movements of the human hand. Force reflection imparts a safe feeling for the operations to be carried out.

Versatility through Modularity
The through-wall tube, the arms, tongs or tools of various design can be remotely exchanged, resulting in very little downtime. Due to the modular design a wide variety of exchangeable accessories are available, making the manipulator versatile and individually adapted to the work to be performed.

Versatility in Use
In the A100 system, the master arm, slave arm and through-wall tube are fully compatible, even when different designs, such as "double telescopic", "single telescopic", "gastight" or "non-gastight" are in use.

Disconnection of a slave arm in the hot cell is simple and easy. It is carried out from the operator side with available mounting equipment, such as a cell crane or a power manipulator. Downtimes thus are reduced to a minimum.
